How to create an apple id with custom Region

So there are many apps in appstore that only allow account in some region to download it, that’s why you want to create another apple account to download that thing

Basically you only need to do 2 steps:

1. Create new account, on the Country/Region field, choose your wanted region
   • when this is done, your account cannot change its region anymore
2. There is a option for you to change apple store region, but not your account region, dont mis-understand this, many websites told wrong about this
